General Building
Registered for general building works — houses, offices, schools and similar projects. This is the grading that carries our residential and commercial builds.

Anyone can call themselves a builder. Here is the paperwork that says we are one — with the numbers you need to verify it yourself.
Company profile
The Construction Industry Development Board grades contractors by class of work and by the value of contract they are competent to hold. Ours is current and active.
Our grading information
Each grading is a separate competence, assessed separately. Together they let us carry a building from the ground investigation to the last electrical point.
Registered for general building works — houses, offices, schools and similar projects. This is the grading that carries our residential and commercial builds.
Qualified for civil works such as small-scale roads, bridges, stormwater and drainage systems — the infrastructure a building sits on and drains into.
We specialise in site operations, including mechanical and electrical installations, so the services are installed and tested by a graded party rather than subcontracted blind.
Approved for structural work including steel, concrete reinforcement and related specialist work — the elements that decide whether a building lasts.
Professional affiliation
Membership of these bodies means our standards, our practices and our continuous learning are held to something we do not set ourselves.
Construction Industry Development Board — the statutory register of contractors in South Africa. We hold four active gradings under CRS 10388419.
National Home Builders Registration Council — registration required to build homes for sale in South Africa, and the body that inspects our structural stages.
Master Builders Association North — the regional employer body covering Limpopo, Gauteng, Mpumalanga and North West, founded in 1903.
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission — we are a registered private company in good standing, not a trading name.
Listed on the Supply Chain Network, giving procurement teams a verifiable route to our company details and compliance documents.
Tender packs, BBBEE certificate, tax clearance, letters of good standing — ask and we will send the current versions.

Why this page exists
An unregistered builder can undercut anyone, because they are not carrying the cost of compliance, inspection or recourse. When the slab cracks, there is no council to complain to and no cover behind the work.

Send us your plans, your stand size or your tender documents. We will respond with scope, programme and price — and the compliance pack to back it.
